  • Creation and development of a psychological service in the education system to support correctional and developmental education.
  • Work at the Green Door Early Socialisation Centre based on the Maison verte model by F. Dolto.
  • Development of a system of psychotherapeutic assistance and support for families in the SOS – Children’s Town in Brovary.
  • Development and work with NaUKMA programmes and trainings for students, psychologists, teachers, parents in Kyiv and the ATO zone (Luhansk region) (2014-2022) and all Ukraine (2022-2025)
  • Organisation and holding of scientific and practical conferences, forums on Jungian analysis, child and adolescent psychotherapy.
  • Organisation and support of international projects of psychosocial support for children and adolescents in times of crisis, including Mithodrama Allan Guggenbull
  • Co-author of the Safe Space project: participation in its development, implementation and research.
  • 29 years of experience in individual work with children and adults who have experienced the consequences of traumatic events, psychosomatic disorders, behavioural problems, etc.
