She has over nine years of practical experience in psychotherapy and psychosocial support. She works with adults, adolescents, and children, including families of military personnel, as well as individuals who have experienced loss, trauma, or emotional exhaustion.

Her work integrates trauma-focused methods, art therapy, analytic approaches, and body-oriented practices. Her approach is grounded in ethics, professional competence, and empathy, helping clients gain self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and take the first steps toward change.
